About Fran

Fran Goldstein CPC CSP is an expert in sales and sales leadership. Drawing on more than twenty five years of sales and business experience, Fran developed her unique ROI message to help businesses increase their overall performance by building stronger teams (Return on Ideals) and driving results to improve the bottom line (Return on Investment). She consults with CEO's to support their sales management team, and through her keynotes and workshops, Fran shares her powerful formula.

Fran began her sales career in high school, selling cosmetics in a pharmacy, and then in college, she sold retail for Victoria's Secret and Tupperware to offset her school expenses. Each sales position resulted in success and an increased passion for sales. After college, Fran pursued her degree in Rehabilitation Counseling by obtaining a position as a counselor in a lock-up facility in Boston, and then successfully launched a Halfway House for women where she served as CEO. Then at age 26, Fran decided to return to sales. She began recruiting and selling for a professional placement agency and was promoted quickly to management. After moving to launch a temporary division for a leading Boston agency and then Sales Manager for a National agency, Fran founded Gold Staff Consultants in 1993, a leading administrative placement firm in the greater Boston area. Gold Staff Consultants' success stems from Fran's passion for inspiring her staff while increasing ROI. Her charismatic techniques make her a natural mentor, trainer, and speaker.

Fran serves on The Board of Directors of The National Speakers Association of New England. Fran has served as President and Vice President of The Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services, Massachusetts Staffing Association and the National Association of Personnel Services. Fran also teaches entrepreneurial students at Northeastern University's College of Business.

Quoted in The Boston Globe and Top Echelon Contracting, Fran has been featured in the Who's Who in Women's Business Resource Guide. She has also been the recipient of the 2004, 2005 and 2007 NAPS Chairman's Award in which she was recognized for her many years of leadership, outstanding dedication and commitment. Fran's articles have been published in HireAbility, Bullhorn, Commonwealth United, and Women's Business.

Fran has a BS from Syracuse University and lives in the Boston area with her husband, Robert. Her new book, Lead Up ... The Sales Leaders Formula for Increased ROI, is due for release in 2008.
